To connect High QA software to your ERP system, you may purchase an ERP Connector from the “HQA Connect” product line. For example: “HQA Connect – Epicor”. Our ERP Connectors all run on top of the “HQA Connect Platform”.

What is the HQA Connect Platform?

The HQA Connect Platform is a technology that allows secure, stable, and customizable integrations between HQA software and 3rd party systems to be created, managed, and utilized. Examples of 3rd party systems include ERP, MES, PLM, Gage Calibration systems, and others.

The Connect Platform integrates with Active Directory for user management, securely encrypts credentials associated with 3rd party systems, and provides a user interface for managing and logging transactions between 3rd party systems and 360 CORE.

Do I need to purchase the HQA Connect Platform?

No. You only need to purchase the “Connector” for your 3rd party system. The HQA Connect Platform is the secure technology High QA uses to build and customize connector products and is automatically included with the purchase of products such as “HQA Connect – JobBOSS (Classic)” or “HQA Connect – Visual ERP“.

If you would like to build your own ERP Connector using the platform, a separate purchase is necessary. Most 360 CORE customers won’t need this additional licensing, and they will only purchase HQA Connect branded products directly.

Which ERP Systems are supported?

All 3rd party systems with a stable API or database schema are supported. However, pricing and timeline may vary depending on whether High QA has already built a connector for your system.
